About me
My passions involve services, user experience, design thinking processes, and human-centered designs. I enjoy user research and visualizing insights through personas, customer journey maps, service blueprints, service or UX prototyping, and business models innovation. I was always interested in the social innovation side of design (more inclined toward agriculture, healthcare, and community-based project).
